Grain finished, whole beef. Pricing is based on live weight and the animal is weighed on a certified scale before your invoicing is completed. Our average weight for finished cattle is roughly 1400-1600lbs*. Average hanging weight is 600-700lbs*. Processing fees are separate. You will be supplied a custom sheet and the amount for processing is due and owed on pickup prior to loading your meat.
