Quarter Beef

Our custom ordering process lets you order the amount of meat you need and want at a better price! Order a 1/4 of a cow, custom processed to your desire. Pricing is based off live weight of the animal, divided by 4. The current payment is your DEPOSIT, you will be invoiced at a rate of $12/lb for the final amount. 

Most of our cattle have a finished weight between 1400-1600lbs*. Your invoice for a 1400lb* animal would be for 350lbs*. Please keep in mind, 350* is the LIVE weight, the average meat to be taken home would be roughly 150lbs*. 

Our prices INCLUDE the processing fees. You will be sent a custom sheet to fill out for your specific requests! Estimated turnaround time is 14 days.
