Half Cow

Don't have freezer space for a whole cow? Purchase a half option to stock up on beef! Your invoice is for half the total weight of the live animal. Most of our cattle finish at 1400-1600lbs*. We can try our best to accommodate a lighter or heavier half based on your needs, but we cannot guarantee this. Half weight of 1400lbs* would be 700lbs* of LIVE weight animal and roughly 300lbs* of meat for your freezer. Custom processing fees are separate and will be owed prior to pick up or delivery of the meat.
