We’re thrilled to announce that our farm-to-table business is almost ready to start taking orders, and we can’t wait to share our delicious, locally grown products with you! It’s been a labor of love, and the day when we can finally offer you the freshest cuts of meat, eggs, and more directly from our farm to your table is nearly here. Whether you're a long-time supporter of sustainable agriculture or new to the world of farm-fresh, direct-to-consumer products, we are so excited to bring you food that is as fresh and wholesome as it gets.

As we prepare to launch, we’re getting everything ready to provide the highest quality, responsibly raised products that not only taste amazing but are produced with care for the land, animals, and community. From the pasture to your plate, we’re committed to offering food that nourishes both body and soul.

As we gear up to start taking orders, here’s a sneak peek at some of the incredible products we’re absolutely loving right now:

  1. Filet Mignon
There’s nothing quite like a perfectly cooked filet mignon, and ours are some of the best you’ll find. Our tender, melt-in-your-mouth filets are hand-cut and sourced from our own home-grown Kentucky Proud cattle. The marbling and flavor are unparalleled, making it perfect for a special occasion or a weeknight indulgence.
  2. Boston Butt Roasts
Whether you’re slow roasting it or using it in a hearty stew, our Boston butt roasts are a favorite in my house. This cut of pork is rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of fat to keep things juicy and tender.
  3. Farm Fresh Eggs
Our eggs come from hens that forage on the farm, eating a varied diet of fresh grass, seeds, and insects and the occasional organic feed to supplement their natural diet. The result? Eggs with rich, golden yolks and unbeatable flavor. They’re perfect for everything from scrambled eggs to baking, and once you try them, you’ll never go back to store-bought eggs again!

WE ARE SO EXCITED!!!

As we prepare to open our doors to orders, we can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and excitement. The opportunity to bring farm-fresh products directly to you, cutting out the middleman, allows us to support sustainable practices, treat our animals with care, and provide you with the highest-quality food. We’ve spent countless hours making sure everything is just right, and we’re thrilled to see everything finally coming together. From the farm to your table, we are here to provide you with the best, and we couldn’t be more excited for you to experience it! We’ll be ready to start taking orders very soon, and we encourage you to stay tuned for more updates. We hope to expand with growth to delivery options soon so getting your hands on our farm-fresh products will be as convenient as it is delicious. For now, we will be doing on-site pickup on days that are convenient for your schedule!

Fueling My Family: The Simple Health Benefits of Red Meat and Fresh Eggs

The Health Benefits of Eating Red Meat and Fresh Eggs: A Mother’s Guide to Easy, Nutritious Meals for the Family As a mother, one of my main priorities is ensuring my family eats nourishing meals that promote their health and well-being. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer number of food options out there, but over time, I’ve discovered that some of the simplest and most nutritious foods are also the most convenient—like red meat and fresh eggs. These foods not only pack a punch of essential nutrients, but they are also incredibly versatile and easy to prepare, making meal time a breeze. The Health Benefits of Red Meat and Fresh Eggs 1. Red Meat: A Nutrient-Packed Powerhouse Red meat has long been a staple in many households for good reason. It's a fantastic source of high-quality protein, which is essential for muscle growth, tissue repair, and immune function. But the benefits don’t stop there. Red meat is also rich in iron, especially heme iron, which is the type most easily absorbed by the body. Iron is vital for energy levels, and it helps prevent anemia, especially in growing children who have higher iron needs. Additionally, red meat is packed with zinc, which supports immune health, and B-vitamins like B12, which are crucial for maintaining energy levels and supporting brain health. These nutrients are particularly important helping everyone stay healthy and energized. 2. Fresh Eggs: A Nutritional All-Star Eggs are often called a "complete food," and for good reason. They are an excellent source of high-quality protein, healthy fats, and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, choline, selenium, and iodine. Eggs are especially valuable for supporting brain health, hormone regulation, and overall well-being. What I love most about eggs is their versatility. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, eggs are a great option. Breakfast for dinner is very popular in our house. Paired with some bacon and steak, you just can't beat it!  Easy, Healthy Meals for the Whole Family As a busy mom, I’m always looking for ways to make meals that are not only nutritious but also quick and simple. Red meat and eggs are two of my favorite ingredients because they allow me to create balanced meals in a fraction of the time. For example, a classic steak with roasted vegetables is both satisfying and full of nutrients, providing my family with plenty of protein and iron. Another favorite is a hearty omelet packed with fresh veggies, cheese, and herbs. It’s a quick and delicious way to start the day with a meal that’s full of healthy fats and protein, keeping everyone full and focused until the next meal. Even on those hectic days when I don’t have much time to cook, I can rely on these ingredients to create nourishing meals that the whole family enjoys. Ground beef, for instance, is an easy option for tacos, meatballs, or even a simple stir-fry. It’s so flexible, and it’s the perfect way to make sure my family gets the nutrition they need without spending hours in the kitchen. Nutrition Made Simple and Delicious With a few basic ingredients, I can create a variety of meals that provide all the essential nutrients. From protein and healthy fats to vitamins and minerals, both red meat and eggs are excellent foundations for balanced meals that fuel my family’s busy lives. As a mom, I love knowing that these foods are helping my family feel their best—mentally and physically—throughout the day.

A Labor of Love

Farming in the winter presents unique challenges, from the bitter cold and frozen equipment to the shorter daylight hours that make every task feel more difficult. Farmers must contend with frozen waterers and machinery that refuses to cooperate, all while caring for their animals. Despite these hardships, moments of warmth and connection, like enjoying a slow-cooked chuck roast and homemade bread with family, offer a much-needed respite.
